About the Founder

AnnaBeth Guillory is the founder of the BeautyFindr app. She is a seasoned entrepreneur and salon owner with over 9 years of experience leading and growing businesses in the beauty industry. With a successful exit following the sale of her salon after nearly a decade of ownership, she brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to build, scale, and transition a thriving service-based business.

Complementing her beauty industry success, AnnaBeth also draws on 16+ years of healthcare operations expertise and holds an MBA—equipping her with a rare and powerful blend of operational insight, strategic vision, and financial acumen. As a two-time founder in the beauty industry, she has a proven track record of launching and scaling ventures that deliver meaningful impact and long-term value.

BeautyFindr was created from the founder’s own experience as both a salon owner and a beauty consumer. After nearly a decade in the industry, she saw how hard it was for talented professionals to build a clientele—and how many left the industry because of a lack of opportunity, not skill. On the other side, clients struggled with last-minute cancellations and the stress of finding a trusted stylist, even for life’s biggest moments. Determined to change that, she set out to revolutionize the beauty industry—making it easy for clients to book when they need it and empowering professionals to build thriving businesses.
