bEHR is a community based patient centered care platform using a real time health score algorithm to develop precision health solutions for Black people. Our users enjoy a mobile app experience similar to credit karma but for health featuring real time health scoring, personalized ai coaching, and access to health resources in one place. We also leverage our user health data to inform and drive social solutions in our communities.
